This was originally a set of three kits, with Shampoo being the third kit. I had these kits standing on top of my computer desk, and Shampoo fell down and broke apart while I was on vacation one year. Since the skintone was a custom mix, even though I could glue her back together, I could never paint back over the places where the paint chipped off.
Ironically enough, pretty much the same thing happened to Ukyou later in the day after taking this picture. I slid my keyboard tray back into the desk, and apparently that was all the vibration needed to topple the precariously balanced Ukyou from her perch atop my desk, behind said desk, through the cables and onto the floor. That kit now sits in many pieces, too. Ranma has since been moved to an out of the way location, laying on his back. |
